In the event that you are not happy with the item you have received please contact us via e-mail at hello@littlestardesign.ie within 7 days of receipt of your order quoting your order number and the issue with your order and we will seek to resolve it for you.

Please note that we can not exchange or refund any personalised items.

In the event of your order arriving damaged please contact us within 48 hrs of receipt of your order and we will rectify the matter for you.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for the return postage on any item they wish to return.
